Application against corruption of Department of revenue Official

Respected sir! it is stated that I'm retired govt. servant from railway Pakistan.i purchased land by the amount of my gratuity for the purpose of building my own house in Mozah attoky awan fahad town Munawan Lahore in 2005. The plot no. is 503, 504 (11 marlas) khasra no. 296. After checking record and doing marking the land by patwari Muhammad aqeel, i got register it to the name of my real son Hafiz Muhammad Irfan and cover by wall around it. After some period of time i visited and came to know that my plot has been occupied by another party with the help of patwari Muhammad Aqeel. I informed to scheme head Haji Asif, Property dealer Khalid khan & patwari M. Aqeel about the situation. But i did not know that they owned the profit for this occupation. Later on i give a number of applications against them, then after a period of 3 years alloted me another plot of land measuring 5 Marlas & promised to give occupation remaining land very soon. After that i covered alloted plot with boundary wall again.After that when i again asked about my remaining piece of land with the help of property dealer patwari M. Aqeel offered that if i would sold out the alloted plot in less price than the market rate ( in 50,000 per marla) to them they will refund our money of land remaining measuring 6 Marlas which was snatched to me. on their trust i sold that plot to them in loss but they did not refund my money even after passing the period of 1 year. I already have submitted two applications regarding this narrating this matter, one on 20 July 2008 & second on 1 September 2012 whose diary number is 1121, 21211/M/DCO/12. The D.C.O Lahore referred it to assistant commissioner (shalimar town) on 8th of September, 2012 bearing number 2417 and ordered to submit report within 7 days. After that many time hearing me about that matter but still no progress at all due to continuous absent of patwari. Sir have been spending a lot of money for my right since 7 years. But no body is ready to hear about me. I'll be very grateful to you if you take notice against this fraud & occupation of patwari, head of scheme & their companions. I only want justice at this issue. Thanks


Please Take the legal proceedings against the responsible persons involved in this corruption. Compensate us by allotting the above mentioned plot or refund the money according to its present value. thanks.
