Gender equality is the most commonly used term in our modern life..
In logical terms it describes that:
Today i want to discuss it according to my point of view, you may have different opinion or against me too,,say it because i believe in freedom of speech & freedom of expression!!

Islam is a natural & universal religion which declares Man as a head of family system where women have second importance.. it honours them in various shapes;
whether she is a sister,
A daughter,
A wife,or
A Mother.
we see a lot of examples where ISLAM emphases upon the honour & respect of Women!!
Cultural history of our society also reflects the same thing..
With the advancement of time there is the advancement in various issues, women place in society is also among these serious issues...
whenever i travels any where my general observation is that when any lady stepped in bus many voices or of request conductor sound to me as;
whenever i have any dispute on any issue with any of my colleague in PYC..,I face same sort of comments ...
Same the condition with me in home, society & other routine life business..
I think its a dual face of women towards us...
Because
They never need a favour during suffer of urdu or of english!!!
The example of men headship is that a woman (in the form of mother) always prefer her male baby over her female baby ever.. !!
At the end i would like to say that we are among the most civilized societies of the world (Islamic & Pakistani society) !! In our society Women respect is among our prime importance!! we have the same sense but only in those cases when women have single standard only!!! thanks

- While On the other hand they say that they are poor ones..weak & poor one generation..
Fine!! we accept your claim that you are as equal as men,, then bear all the difficulties of daily life without any favour..When in competition with men you asks about favoritism & relaxation..while on the other hand your voice sounds us every day that you are the only personalities that running the working of normal society smoothly, & without you it is quite impossible!!..:)On the other hand men, whatever they are always have a smiling face without any complaint against any hurdles.
